We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing both pre-sales and post-sales activities building strong client relationships and contributing to business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Pre-Sales Responsibilities

Identify and generate potential leads through LinkedIn Sales Navigator email campaigns social media outreach Upwork Freelancer and other online platforms.
Conduct market research and prospecting to identify new business opportunities.
Initiate communication with prospective clients through emails calls and social outreach.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for suitable solutions.
Qualify and nurture leads to move them effectively through the sales funnel.
Schedule meetings and maintain regular follow-ups with prospects.
Maintain accurate lead records reports and sales data using CRM tools and Excel sheets.
Collaborate with the business development team to optimize outreach and lead generation strategies.
Post-Sales Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for clients after onboarding.
Ensure smooth communication and coordination between clients and internal teams.
Handle client queries follow-ups and support requests in a professional manner.
Provide timely updates regarding project progress and deliverables.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Monitor client feedback and assist in improving overall customer experience.
Support account management and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services.
Maintain proper documentation of client interactions and post-sales activities.


Required Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong client interaction and relationship management abilities
Knowledge of lead generation and email outreach strategies
Understanding of digital marketing concepts and online business platforms
Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator Upwork Freelancer etc.
Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets
Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced target-driven environment


Qualifications

BBA / MBA / BCA / MCA / or equivalent (Preferred)
Freshers with strong communication skills and interest in business development may also apply
Prior experience in business development sales client servicing or digital marketing will be an added advantage
