Job Responsibilities
- Handle and supervise customer service operations across multiple communication channels.
- Lead and manage a team of 3 customer service staff.
- Ensure excellent customer experience and timely response handling.
- Monitor customer inquiries complaints and resolutions.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth customer handling processes.
- Prepare customer service reports and performance evaluations.
- Maintain service quality standards and improve customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service preferably in related industries.
- Experience handling multiple customer service channels such as WhatsApp social media phone calls and email.
- Experience supervising or leading a small customer service team.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Fluent in English (mandatory).
- Experience in healthcare dental beauty or aesthetic industries will be an advantage
