We are looking for an experienced Oracle NetSuite Functional Senior Consultant with strong expertise in NetSuite ERP implementation business process consulting and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end NetSuite implementations including requirement gathering solution design configuration testing training and post-go-live support.

The candidate should possess strong functional knowledge across Finance Procurement Inventory CRM Supply Chain Manufacturing and Order Management modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle NetSuite ERP implementation and support projects.
• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
• Configure NetSuite modules based on client requirements.
• Work closely with business and technical teams for solution delivery.
• Prepare functional specifications process documents and user stories.
• Configure workflows saved searches dashboards KPIs reports and roles.
• Support P2P O2C finance inventory and supply chain processes.
• Coordinate with technical teams for integrations and data migration.
• Conduct SIT UAT training sessions and post-go-live support.
• Provide best practice recommendations and process improvements.
• Handle stakeholder communication and project coordination.
• Mentor junior consultants and support team delivery activities.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Oracle NetSuite ERP Functional Consulting.
• Expertise in Finance AP AR GL Procurement Inventory CRM and Supply Chain modules.
• Experience in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
• Good understanding of ERP business processes and workflows.
• Experience in NetSuite configuration workflows dashboards saved searches and reporting.
• Knowledge of data migration and integration concepts.
• Experience working in implementation enhancement and support projects.
• Strong communication analytical and client management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to SuiteScript SuiteFlow SuiteAnalytics REST/SOAP APIs.
• Experience with integrations using Celigo Dell Boomi MuleSoft or Jitterbit.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• NetSuite certifications are preferred.
