Job Summary
Your mission
- Support the sales and promotion of XCMG earthmoving equipment within the assigned territory ensuring the achievement of monthly and annual commercial targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers to support sales activities marketing initiatives and customer engagement
- Collaborate with the technical team to assist in organizing product demonstrations and training sessions for dealers and end customers
- Maintain regular contact with key customers and major rental companies to understand their needs and support ongoing business opportunities
- Collect and report information on market trends competitor activities dealer performance and customer feedback to support commercial decisions
Your profile
- Bachelors Degree in Business Engineering or a related field - or equivalent proven experience in the earthmoving industry
- 3-5 years of experience in sales roles within construction equipment earthmoving machinery or related industrial sectors
- Fluent in Italian and English both spoken and written
- Strong communication negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Solid market awareness with the ability to identify opportunities and support customers effectively
- Willingness to travel across Italy and occasionally abroad
