Key job responsibilities
- Develop Comprehensive Strategies: Create and execute global supply chain strategies that enhance operational performance and reduce end-to-end costs
- Data-Driven Analysis: Perform advanced data modeling to identify performance gaps and implement both immediate and long-term technological solutions
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal and external teams to solve execution challenges and share best practices across global regions
- Leadership Communication: Provide transparent clear reporting on program status risks and metrics to leadership and stakeholders
- Adaptive Problem-Solving: Navigate complex multi-cultural environments with flexibility and strategic thinking

- 5 years of program or project management experience
- 5 years of supply chain experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
- Bachelors degree in supply chain business engineering finance or related technical or quantitative field
- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g. pivot tables & charts multiple criteria lookups nested logical/IF formulas data cleansing array formulas etc.)
- Knowledge of SQL

- 4 years of driving process improvements experience
- Masters degree
- Experience with AI/ML technologies
- Experience in visualization tools such as Tableau

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
