Performance Marketing Manager (all genders welcome)

Were looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who wants to do more than just run campaigns someone whos excited to directly shape how companies source and manufacture parts through MakerVerse.

In this role youll own our digital acquisition engine end-to-end turning high-intent B2B demand into real business impact. From the first search to the final order youll optimize every step of the funnel across Search PMax and Display driving qualified leads and revenue for our Account Executives.

Your Impact

• Drive Growth: Execute and optimize paid media campaigns to accelerate customer acquisition and order entry on .
• Funnel Optimization: Collaborate with the Platform team to ensure web events are correctly tracked in Mixpanel and HubSpot enabling a seamless data flow.
• Sales Enablement:Work closely with the Sales team to ensure campaigns target the right industries (e.g. Aerospace MedTech) and attract high-value decision-makers.
• Conversion Optimization:Build and optimize landing pages in Unbounce and WordPress to maximize conversion rates from paid traffic.
• Paid Search Focus:Continuously improve campaign structure targeting and performance across Search PMax and Display to capture high-intent demand.
• Collaboration:Maintain a strong feedback loop across teams sharing insights to continuously improve performance.

• Solid hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns (Search PMax Display) including setup optimization and performance ownership. You have worked independently on campaigns and are confident managing them end-to-end.
• You are comfortable working with data and deriving actionable insights. Experience with GA4 and/or Mixpanel is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with tools like GTM HubSpot or Unbounce to support tracking campaign setup and landing page optimization.
• You understand how marketing contributes to pipeline and enjoy collaborating with Sales to improve lead quality and conversion.
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing and a strong drive to continuously improve CPA conversion rates and overall performance.
• Professional English required. German is a strong plus given our core market.
