IT Sales Executive (IT Recruiter)
Job Summary
Role Overview
We are looking for a sales-driven recruiter to assist with our IT contract staffing business needs to join our team! This is a high-impact role designed for a recruiter who thrives on business development and client acquisition. The primary focus is on Business Development and Account Management leveraging your existing network to bring in new contract vacancies in the South East Asia region. The remaining focuses on managing post-placement success and delivery assurance where you will proactively support clients projects identify additional needs to secure delivery against project timelines and ensure candidates placed continue to delivery high-quality services. We are lookingfor a hunter mindset with the technical discipline to execute.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development & Client Management
- New Business Acquisition: Secure new business opportunities through your existing network cold outreach and referrals
- Portfolio Growth: Bring and develop an active client portfolio in the IT/Technology sector
- Account Leadership: Manage the full client relationship from initial intake and fee negotiation to long-term account expansion
- Market Strategy: Partner with K2 leadership to identify high-growth sectors
- Revenue Ownership: Take full accountability for personal billing targets and sales KPIs
Delivery & Execution
- Collaboration with Resourcing Team: Work closely with the dedicated resourcing team who focuses on identifying sourcing and pre-screening candidates for the vacancies you secure.
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including securing new accounts technical/behavioral interviews and offer management
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a high-quality candidate pipeline to ensure rapid fulfillment of the vacancies you bring in
- Client Experience: Ensure and maintain a premium consultative experience for all clients
- Data Integrity: Maintain accurate sales and recruitment activity tracking in ATS systems
Required Experience
- 3 years of experience as a recruiter/sales in the IT industry
- Commercial Expertise: Solid experience in negotiation pitching services and closing contracts
- Recruitment Proficiency: Solid background in IT delivery as well as client relationship management
Preferred Background
Experience in SAP Salesforce ServiceNow Cloud or Digital Transformation services
