Your role
As a Sales Development Representative youll work directly with the CEO to identify opportunities build scalable outreach processes and convert interest into traction. Youll operate at the intersection of growth sales and strategy helping shape how the company goes to market.
You will:
Own outbound pipeline generation: Identify and reach out to target customers via cold calls email and LinkedIn to create qualified sales opportunities.
Drive high-volume cold calling: Spend a significant portion of your time on the phone engaging decision-makers and qualifying their energy needs.
Build and refine outreach playbooks: Test messaging sequences and channels to improve conversion rates and scalability.
Qualify leads: Understand customer needs consumption patterns and decision processes to ensure high-quality handovers to Account Executives.
Manage CRM and data quality: Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and ensure clean structured data in systems like HubSpot or Pipedrive.
Leverage automation tools: Use tools such as Apollo Clay n8n or similar to scale outreach and improve efficiency.
Feed market insights back into the company: Share learnings from conversations with prospects to refine ICP messaging and product positioning.
Your profile
You already have experience in sales business development or a high-performance environment (internships count) preferably in the energy ecosystem.
You are comfortable with cold calling and direct outreach and motivated by targets and performance.
You have strong communication skills and can quickly build trust with senior stakeholders.
You are structured and disciplined with a strong focus on execution and pipeline generation.
You are curious about energy markets AI and B2B SaaS.
You are comfortable using CRM systems and exploring automation tools.
You are fluent in English and German.
You are based in or willing to relocate to Berlin.
