Youll start each day by inspecting guest rooms and public areas to maintain our high cleanliness standards. Collaborating with your team youll assign tasks ensure supplies are stocked and train new staff members on proper housekeeping techniques. Strong leadership abilities are essential as youll be guiding a diverse team towards high performance and exceptional guest satisfaction. Exceptional organization and problem-solving skills will help you navigate daily challenges effectively. Proficiency in hotel property management systems like Opera PMS and housekeeping software such as HotSOS is crucial for managing tasks efficiently. Youll also be responsible for budgeting scheduling and payroll management so a solid understanding of inventory control and ordering is key.

Familiarity with cleaning techniques equipment and chemical safety ensures a safe environment for both staff and guests. Moreover knowledge of hospitality service standards will elevate the guest experience while proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word) will aid in reporting and communication. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must and being bilingual in Spanish/English is preferred for broader engagement with our guests and team!
