As a Service Desk Engineer youll be the first point of contact for our colleagues across the region providing expert guidance and support to ensure a smooth and productive technology experience. Youll need to be a skilled communicator an empathetic listener and a creative problem-solver - ready to tackle a wide range of issues and empower teams with the tools they need to succeed.

The Role
At least one year experience in the same and similar position
Very good communication skills to build business relations with Management
Employees / Colleagues
Ability to work in a team and under customer pressure
Intermediate knowledge of English
Ability to multitask and prioritize appropriately in a fast-paced environment
Experience in customer service
Familiarity with basic network and directory services (AD DHCP DNS)
Basic mail troubleshooting skills
Experience with end user hardware/software problem solving and troubleshooting
Experience with Windows 11 and MacOS troubleshooting
Nice to have:
Familiarity with identity and device management systems such as Okta Microsoft
Office 365 Azure Intune and ServiceNow
ITIL Foundation certification or knowledge of ITIL practices
Experience with Linux
Experience with enterprise IT services support (e.g. print management software
deployment tools like MDT)
Job Responsibilities
Provide 1st and 2nd line remote support for end users (both software and hardware issues)
Register track and manage tasks using a ticketing system (e.g. Jira)
Prepare configure and deploy user workplace equipment (laptops docking stations nperipherals)
Participate in internal IT projects and initiatives
