About Frank Family Vineyards

Frank Family Vineyards a Treasury Americas (TWE) company is a Ultra-Premium Napa Valley winery housed in Napa Valleys historic Larkmead Winery where we hand craft wines that live up to the heritage of the land. Our tasting room voted Best Napa Winery by the Bay Area A-List seven years in a row welcome guest year-round.

About the role

The priority of the seasonal concierge is to provide a warm and gracious welcome to each visitor to Frank Family Vineyards as well as to ensure that each guest understands the wine experiences and any other information that will enhance their visit. The Concierge will serve as a reservationist for the tasting room whether that be taking reservations over the phone or in person. The concierge will enter appropriate guest information into the reservation system. Must be available weekends.

Responsibilities

• Courteously greets visitors providing an exceptional first impression.

• Provide information regarding the tastings offered tasting fees and answer questions regarding the winery family history and surrounding area.

• Assist guests in making reservations over the phone and direct calls within the tasting room.

• Actively remain aware of tasting room guest count ensuring large unscheduled groups are handled on a basis of availability and guest wellbeing.

• Support retail sales team by managing guest entry into the tasting room.

• Maintain and organize retail merchandise and support retail team in maintaining clean bars including glasswareas needed.

• Maintain an open line of communication with the sales team as well as the Tasting Room Manager.

About you

• You must be 21 years of age.

• You have attention to detail and a strong ability to communicate over the phone and in person.

• You have strong organizational skills; ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure.

• You have ability to read analyze and interpret general business periodicals.

• You have ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.

• You have ability to manage priorities and workflow.

• You have intermediate computer and phone skills.

• You have excellent customer service skills.

• You demonstrate professional demeanor in all circumstances.

• You must be able to lift 50 lbs. (a case of wine)

Pay Transparency Disclosure:

Base pay: Hourly rate ranges from $17 to $19 per hour based on experience skills role scope location and business needs.
Incentive pay: Eligible to participate in the Direct-to-Consumer Sales Incentive Plan (DSIP) offering variable compensation based on site performance. Incentive pay is not guaranteed.
Tips: This role is eligible for are paid by the customer and vary by location shift and customer volume. Tips are not guaranteed.
