Process Improvement Manager

Job Summary
The Project Manager Process Improvement plays a key role in driving operational excellence within the Final Control Pressure Management manufacturing organization in Cluj Napoca. This role leads process improvement initiatives supports new product introductions and transfers and contributes to cost quality safety and productivity improvements. By applying lean principles and structured project management this position helps ensure sustainable performance and continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.
In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Lead process improvement projects focused on production flow optimization productivity quality safety and cost efficiency.
- Manage projects related to new product introductions and product transfers to the Cluj manufacturing site.
- Defining action plans monitor execution and track progress against business KPIs and project milestones.
- Plan future projects by assessing capacity resources and operational requirements.
- Act as a key escalation point proactively identifying risks and supporting issue resolution through corrective actions.
- Apply lean methodologies and root cause analysis tools (such as 5 Why and structured problem solving) to investigate issues and prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate closely with cross functional teams including Operations Supply Chain Sales and Customer Service to align on business priorities and initiatives.
- Support automation initiatives through the development or coordination of tooling and testing solutions.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards health & safety requirements environmental regulations and internal procedures.
- Prepare and deliver regular project and performance reports to manufacturing leadership.

For This Role You Will Need:
- Experience leading projects or initiatives within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- A technical or engineering background that supports understanding of production processes and systems.
- Working knowledge of production planning forecasting inventory control and MRP systems.
- Strong analytical organizational and problem solving skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency with standard digital tools (such as Microsoft Office and email).
Professional level English communication skills written and spoken.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Experience applying lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies.
- Exposure to automation tooling or equipment maintenance coordination.
Experience working in cross site or international manufacturing projects.
