Job Summary

This role supports and provides oversight large scale projects to ensure projects running smoothly and effectively to deliver strategic outcomes within timelines and investment fund.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Partner with project teams to prepare business case for project approval of funding project checkpoint during execution phase and project closure as transition into the benefit realization phase.
  • Provide monthly updates to CPC (Country Project Committee) about project execution progress and project checkpoint with Regional Project Committees such as SPC APC TC where needed.
  • Ensure the project status is monthly updated in Planview system (PPA score must be >80%) with accuracy.
  • Facilitate BoW fund planning with management and report the BoW spending at CPC forum.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree
  • 2 years experience of project management
  • 3 years experience in financial services
  • Have ownership mindset and Open-minded for continuously learning and improvement
  • Work in details with diligent care & thought
  • Strong presentation and written communication skills
  • Ability to have analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of project planning and tracking tools (PMP certificate is preferred)
