岗位职责:
1充分了解对本团队的工作要求并合理分配团队成员的工作以保证团队的有效运转
2与其他相关部门进行有效沟通协调并解决日常工作中出现的问题
3对小组员工工作进展进行指导跟踪对小组工作进行总结并及时报告给上级主管
4按主管要求向小组员工提供足够的业务流程/指导书培训
5熟悉所有相关的EHS流程对团队员工提供安全培训和跟踪及时反馈工作环境中的安全隐患
6协助上级主管对专项事件进行跟踪
7为上级主管提供其需要的信息及数据
8至少管理10人左右的团队工作并协助主管完成团队员工的绩效考核
9具有一年管理1个以上的团队工作经验熟练的处理现场的问题岗位操作技术全面
10能够组织正常的实物盘点分析差异产生的原因
11主管指定的其它任务
背景/经验:
1技校高中及以上学历
2叉车驾驶证并2年以上叉车驾驶经验
3至少6年或以上仓库工作经验
4熟练操作Office
5熟悉SAP WMMM的相关管理要求
6熟悉仓库及基本的生产流程
7良好的沟通及分析能力
8熟悉EHS流程并很强的EHS意识
9一年以上仓库业务和人员管理经验
