Job Summary
负责电机水泵/热管理系统的结构仿真分析工作确保产品在结构强度疲劳寿命配合公差振动噪声等方面的可靠性与性能较好支撑产品从概念设计到量产的全流程开发
工作职责:
1负责公司产品电子水泵/热管理系统的结构静力学结构动力学结构振动仿真应力应变疲劳以及模态分析并对仿真结果准确性负责能够正确解读仿真结果并能提出可落地优化建议解决研发/生产中的产品结构性问题
2负责仿真结果和测试结果的对标并能够根据测试结果修正仿真模型根据仿真结果优化测试方法确保仿真结果的准确性和可靠性
3制定电机CAE仿真标准与流程积累案例库提升团队仿真效率与精度
4结构动力学和多物理场耦合仿真
任职资格:
1硕士及以上学历力学/机械等相关专业
25年以上CAE经验具备扎实理论知识和丰富的项目实施经验
3具有扎实的振动/结构强度/疲劳等方面的理论知识
4熟悉各类建模以及仿真软件如ANSYSABAQUS等
5具备丰富的电机/齿轮箱产品与结构相关的NVH分析诊断与优化实战经验优先
6具有较强的工作责任心和团队合作意识
