Job Summary
BCBA OPENING CORDOVA / EAST MEMPHIS TN
A brand-new privately-owned ABA clinic is opening in Cordova TN and they are actively looking for a BCBA to join from the ground floor.
COMPENSATION:
$80000 $100000 base salary
Performance bonuses
$3000 sign-on bonus
100% employer-paid medical dental & vision
PTO paid holidays
THE ROLE:
Full-time in-clinic only (no home ABA)
MondayFriday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Small caseload: 812 clients (ages 18 months 6 years)
25 billable hours/week target
Supervise RBTs and interns on-site
Work with in-house Speech-Language Pathologist and OT

REQUIREMENTS:
Active BCBA certification (BACB)
BLS/CPR certified
