What Youll Do:

• Lead and grow your BCBA RBT teams while supporting interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Drive clinical quality training and performance standards.
• Recruit onboard and mentor new clinicians.
• Partner with doctors teachers SLPs OTs PTs and mental health providers to deliver wraparound care.
• Support strategic planning efficiency and operational improvements across programs.
• Build a culture of collaboration growth and support.

What You Bring:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) licensed in the state of Illinois and in good standing.
• 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong communicator who is proactive and detail-oriented.
• Passion for serving children and families especially those with autism and developmental needs.
• Ability to perform essential functions such as sitting standing bending and occasionally lifting up to 45 lbs. Reasonable accommodations may be made.
