To support our Certification Process Team we are looking forward to welcoming you as a
Junior Sustainability Certification Manager Focus: ISCC EU at our headquarters in
Cologne.
In this role you will contribute to a consistent and high-quality certificate review process ensuring compliance with ISCC audit requirements supporting administrative processes and helping to maintain the integrity of the certification system.

Your main duties will be:- Reviewing certification documents for completeness accuracy and plausibility in line with ISCC requirements
- Managing and responding to inquiries from system users via email and phone in a timely and professional manner
- Supporting internal data analysis (e.g. auditor data certification materials producing countries)
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as registration terminations and invoicing
- Supporting where required specific topics such as Nabisy-related inquiries
- Contributing as needed to updates of review manuals and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Your profile
- University degree in environmental or agricultural sciences sustainability management natural sciences economics or another relevant field
- First experience or strong interest in sustainability certification systems or related fields
- Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail
- Structured independent reliable working style and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Clear and professional communication skills
- High level of integrity confidentiality and service orientation
- Ability to work effectively in an international and intercultural environment
- Solid IT proficiency including MS Office and working with databases
- Very good English (at least C1) and German language (at least B2) skills
