- Advanced development of industry-specific business and process models with a focus on digital transformation Industry 4.0 and IoT
- Support in the development and implementation of integrated IT strategies and the corresponding supporting processes (Procurement Finance Marketing Sales Logistics HR etc.)
- Analysis and optimization of organizational structures and governance processes
- Establishment and introduction of management tools and systems
- Process organization in the field of IT organization
- Project and program management using traditional and agile methods
Who you are
Are you an analytical thinker with strong social and communication skills are curious and enjoy working as a team player In addition to a high degree of personal initiative and an entrepreneurial can-do mentality you possess the following distinguishing qualities:
- Passion for digitalization issues and information technology
- Outstanding University Degree (Masters MBA PhD)
- Ideally two years of professional experience in the advisory field and / or relative project experience
- Strategic mindset
- Excellent understanding of core commercial processes
- Sound knowledge of common consulting methods and tools ideally project management (e.g. PMP / Prince 2 SCRUM) and IT management certificates (e.g. ITIL Cobit)
- Innovativeness and willingness to take responsibility
- Consultant-typical willingness to travel
- Business Fluent in German and English other languages are an advantage (e.g. Chinese)
