Compensation

• $32.95/hr $41.42/hr
• Up to $48.00/hr based on experience

Position Overview

The Registered Respiratory Therapist will provide routine and critical respiratory care services across multiple patient care settings. The ideal candidate will be experienced in performing diagnostic and therapeutic respiratory procedures managing ventilator support and collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform respiratory assessments and airway evaluations
• Administer oxygen therapy aerosol treatments and airway clearance therapies
• Manage invasive and noninvasive ventilation support
• Assist with artificial airway placement and emergency respiratory interventions
• Monitor patient progress and respond promptly to changes in condition
• Educate patients and families regarding respiratory treatments and care plans
• Collaborate with physicians nurses and interdisciplinary teams
• Support neonatal stabilization and emergency response when required
• Operate maintain and troubleshoot respiratory care equipment
• Maintain infection prevention and patient safety standards
• Safely transport ventilated patients when necessary

Qualifications

• Active Respiratory Therapist License required
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential preferred
• BLS/CPR Certification required within 30 days of start date
• New graduates are encouraged to apply
• Onsite interview required
