Job Summary

We are proud to be partnering with one of Austalias largest construction contractors who deliver landmark projects across government health institutional civil and commercial industries. Their projects are nationally-renowned and include both government and private sector clients and can surpass $1B in scale. They will be a major contributor to building Brisbanes Olympic infrastructure.

With a major institutional project $300M in scale having been worked through an ECI phase they are ready to start procurement and position themselves for a financially successful outcome on another major development .

As Contract Administrator you will be a key member in the commercial team managing bothe the head contract as well as down stream sub-contractor management working closely with the Commercial Manager you will take overall responsibility for :

Procurement : undertaking scope reviews commercial assessments and managing negotiations with stakeholders
Financial control: Delivering accurate forecasting earned value analysis and P&L reporting maximising profitability and mitigating risk
Contract Administration : Managing overall contract risk frameworks and ensuring compliance with commercial goals across the D&C model
