HR Assistant
Job Summary
Asia HR Operations
- Oversea and handle HR operational processes across multiple Asia countries ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company standards independently.
- Drive and assist in driving process standardization across regions to ensure consistency and scalability.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and support implementation to enhance efficiency and reduce manual work.
Project Support
- Participate in HR projects by assisting with scheduling documentation and coordination from initiation through completion.
- Oversee and support project management activities such as tracking progress preparing reports and maintaining timelines.
- Collaborate with project team members to ensure deliverables are met and provide administrative support during meetings.
- Act as a liaison for information flow between HR teams and stakeholders regarding deliverables timelines and dependencies.
Process Documentation
- Develop maintain and update swimlane process maps for HR workflows.
- Ensure current SOPs are accurate and assist in creating new SOPs when additional processes are introduced.
HR System Support
- Demonstrate strong understanding of HR systems and ensure accurate data entry and maintenance and able to provide guidance to team and new joiners.
- Participate in HR system transition projects including testing and implementation support.
Teamwork & Collaboration
- Work closely with HR team members to achieve operational goals and deliver high-quality service.
- Adapt to changing business needs and processes while maintaining a positive and collaborative approach.
- Model behaviors aligned with company values and contribute to a supportive team environment.
Qualifications :
- Degree in Human Resources field or any other related field
- Experience of using HR systems
- Strong communications skills
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experiences is preferred
- Good knowledge of Ms. Office
- Good knowledge of labour laws
- Good with organizational skills
- Have strong written and verbal communication in English
- Good in situation handling
- Experience in international organizations is considered an advantage
