What youll do:
- Partner with business leaders to translate talent needs into strategic recruitment plans aligned with organizational goals.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts including sourcing screening and shortlisting candidates based on quantitative and qualitative criteria.
- Advise and influence hiring managers on interview frameworks candidate assessment and selection processes.
- Develop and implement proactive talent acquisition strategies using advanced sourcing techniques and competitive intelligence.
- Manage multiple large-scale projects using agile methodologies to ensure timely delivery and continuous improvement.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize recruitment metrics and workforce planning.
- Coach and mentor team members to enhance recruiting effectiveness and candidate experience.

The annual salary range for this position is $117000.00 - $234000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
