Essential Job Responsibilities:

Oversee the day to day operations of the print site.
Must be organized and able to multi-task knowledgeable of reprographics positive attitude strong attention to details and able to display a friendly and cooperative attitude.
Operation of Reprographics equipment i.e. high volume printers/copiers.
Operation of Reprographics finishing equipment i.e. binding punchers cutters and other binding equipment.
Verifies accuracy of client request before during and after production.
Quality checking strong attention to details a must.
Entry of all job requests received into the job tracking system.
Complete monthly billing and purchasing reports.
Communicate professionally written and verbally with clients supervisors vendors and management.
Coordinate deliveries to clients when necessary.
Assist management as requested.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
Previous leadership experience preferred
Minimum of 1 year customer service related experience preferred
Minimum of 1 year demonstrated knowledge and experience in high production printing services
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment
Competency in performing multiple functional tasks
Lifting up to 40 pounds
Standing for long periods of time
Significant walking
Ability to respond to frequent demands of high profile customers
