Description & main responsibilities

As aDigital Retail Apprentice you will support theCommerceretail team in its day-to-day activities and key initiatives.

You will work closely with:

• Retail business owners (direct and indirect)

• Program andprojectteammembers

Your missions will combine operational tasks and analytical work depending on priorities and topics.The main working language is English in a multicultural context.

Main missions on the Project and Coordination part:

• Support the Retail team on day-to-day activities

• Coordinate and follow up on simple projects and initiatives

• Contribute to project organization and documentation

• Prepare materials for meetings and internal communication

• Help structure information across multiple topics

Main Missions DataAnalysis& Insights

• Collect andconsolidatea high number of metrics and parameters

• Perform basic to intermediate data analysis

• Summarize results into clear insights for the team

• Support reporting and dashboards used by the Retail team

• Help translate data into understandable inputs for business teams

Support to Key Initiatives

• Contribute to selected Retail or business development initiatives

• Support transversal topics involving several stakeholders

• Adapt quickly to new subjects and priorities

EducationalBackground

• Student in Bac 3 / Bac 4 (Business Digital Data Management or equivalent)

Technical&AnalyticalSkills

• Strong interest in data and metrics

• Ability toanalyzeand synthesize information

• Good knowledge of Excel and Microsoft 365 tools(eg.CopilotPowerBi)

• Interest in reporting or data visualization tools is appreciated
