Asst. Revenue Manager
Job Summary
Reports directly to the Director of Sales. The Reservation Manager will directly lead and responsible for the operation of the Reservation Division together with the Reservation Supervisor and Reservation Agent. The Reservation Manager will monitor reservation activities on daily basis. On a broader scale the Reservation Manager must work closely with all Room Division Revenue Management and Sales Team and in particular Sales providing lead advice and constant feedback concerning both inquiries and firm reservations. The Reservations Manager must work at all times in maximizing the hotels occupancy potential whilst protecting the Hotels business mix. The Reservations must at all times maintain a professional yet friendly business manner in all guest and client liaison personally in correspondence and on the telephone. The Reservations is also to pay particular attention to the use of the Guest History facility in the PMS.
Qualifications :
Good managerial interpersonal relations and negotiation skills
Sales Oriented Team spirit and guest service minded
