Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business System Analyst (BSA) to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Agile environments system integrations and emerging AI-driven solutions along with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities
. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather analyze and document functional and technical requirements
. Translate business needs into clear user stories workflows and system specifications
. Work closely with development teams in Agile environments to ensure timely and quality delivery
. Manage and track requirements user stories and defects using Jira
. Support integration initiatives including APIs and data migration efforts
. Participate in UI/UX discussions and contribute to user-centric design improvements
. Assist in testing validation and deployment of solutions
. Facilitate communication between business teams technical teams and external stakeholders

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Must-Have Skills & Experience

. Strong hands-on experience with Jira and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
. Experience working on AI/GenAI-related projects or solutions
. Solid understanding of system integrations including APIs and data migration
. Exposure to UI-driven projects and understanding of user experience principles


Nice-to-Have Skills

. Working knowledge of SQL for data analysis and validation
. Basic experience with Python for reporting automation or data handling

. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
