We are looking for
Student Administrative Assistant (f/m/d)
(part-time - up to 20 hours per week)
to start in June 2026. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is interested in gaining practical experience about non-profit administration and financial management.Your responsibilities
- Helping with ISDCs operations such as office organization and coordination with suppliers;
- Maintaining records and filing systems (physical and digital) of ISDC projects;
- Helping with the processing of invoices receipts and reimbursements;
- Assisting with financial reports and timesheets;
- Supporting database management; and
- Contributing to internal event management.
We think youd be a great fit if you
- Are currently enrolled as a student in a Bachelors or Masters degree program in business administration public administration or similar in the wider Berlin region;
- Have an interest in the administration of non-profit organizations;
- Communicate fluently in English and in German;
- Have previous experience using standard office software (such as Google Drive and Workspace);
- Are meticulous and pay attention to detail.

- A 6-month contract with the possibility of extension working up to 20 hours per week;
- 1508 Euro gross per hour;

- 30 days of annual leave and additional days off additional days off on 24 and 31 of December (full time equivalent); and
- An exciting and collaborative working environment in a modern office space near SU Wedding station.
