Job Summary

Your tasks
- You independently manage large scale and high complexity social media campaigns for our clients develop creative ideas and bring them to life
- You collaborate with Strategy and other internal services while communicating with clients and external partners to ensure seamless project delivery
- You identify procedural and functional challenges develop solutions and improve productivity efficiency and alignment across teams
- You analyze trends prepare internal and external reports and contribute to strategic decision making
- You consistently bring creative and innovative approaches that drive Pulses business forward
- You take accountability for performance lead your own team and support its continued development while shaping the strategic direction of the influencer marketing department
Your skills

- You have at least 5 years of experience in the social media field including a minimum of 3 years in influencer marketing
- You have strong analytical and strategic decision making skills and enjoy working with numbers
- You love both project management and emotional storytelling
- You are a true team player with a strong hands on mentality
- You approach new challenges with a positive attitude and know how to motivate your team
- You are fluent in German and English
