New Vision Bradford is a partnership between Waythrough The Bridge Project Project 6 and Creative Strength. Together the partnership delivers an adult substance misuse service across the Bradford District.

About the Role
We are looking to appoint Sessional Recovery Coordinators on a permanent basis to work as part of the New Vision Bradford team.
In this rewarding role you will provide collaborative recovery planning and case management to adults experiencing substance misuse issues supporting them through every stage of their recovery journey from assessment and engagement through to sustained recovery.
What Youll Do
As a Sessional Recovery Coordinator you will:
- Manage an adult caseload involving a range of substance use issues including opiate non-opiate and alcohol use
- Devise implement and review ongoing recovery and treatment plans
- Facilitate and promote individuals progression from initial engagement through structured treatment to sustained recovery
- Reduce substance-related harm to individuals and the wider community
- Work collaboratively with key partners and colleagues to achieve the best health and wellbeing outcomes for individuals
- Support prescribing and scripting processes
- Support evening clinics where required
To Succeed in This Role Youll Need:
- Experience of working with people affected by alcohol and/or drug use and/or individuals with complex and multiple needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary environment
- A driving licence and access to a vehicle
