We are looking for you to join our growing team inKarlsruheas a full-time (40 hoursper week) as -(Senior) Reservoir Geologist (m/f/d).
Your mission
- You interpret structural and stratigraphic features from image logsto characterize reservoirs.
- Youperformbasicpetrophysical evaluations toguidesubsurface understanding.
- Youperformfacies classifications and rocktypingofkey reservoirsbased on all subsurface and outcrop data;you correlate well logs to create GDE maps and stress/strain models.
- You build andmaintainstructural and petrophysicalgeomodels ensuring they provide geologically consistentinputfor numerical simulations.
- You support drilling operations through realtimeloggingsurveillance andtimelygeological insights.
- Youcollaborate withreservoirengineers andfoster effective crossdisciplinary collaboration.
- You safeguard data integrity across well seismic and modeling datasets enabling reliable decisionmaking.
- Yousupport the data-management ofsubsurface data andPetrel projectswith rigorsafeguarding awellstructured subsurfacedatabase.
Your profile
- You hold aMastersdegree (or equivalent) in Geosciences or a closely related field.
- You bringideally10 yearsof professional experience in reservoir geology.
- You are proficient with industrystandard software including Petrel and imagelog interpretation tools such asWellCADTechlog and Interactive Petrophysics.
- You communicate clearly and collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
- You have a proventrack recordof mentoring and developing junior colleagues.
- You work witha high levelof motivation ownership and structuredmethodology.
- You can translate complex technical concepts into clear understandable insights for diverse stakeholders.
