Responsibilities
Implementation Support: Assist senior consultants in NetSuite implementation projects including requirements gathering system configuration data migration and testing activities.
Configuration and Customization: Perform basic configuration tasks within NetSuite such as setting up new users roles permissions forms and custom records under supervision.
Documentation: Maintain clear concise and accurate documentation of client requirements system configurations testing procedures and training materials.
User Training: Assist in developing and delivering end-user training sessions and materials to ensure client teams can effectively utilize the NetSuite platform.
Testing and Quality Assurance: Participate in unit testing system integration testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the configured solution meets business requirements and functions as expected.
Troubleshooting and Support: Provide post-implementation support addressing and resolving minor system issues and end-user inquiries in a timely manner.
Data Management: Assist with data cleanup imports and exports as needed during project phases.
Collaboration: Work effectively with cross-functional teams including technical developers project managers and client stakeholders.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration Accounting Finance Information Systems or a related field.
Knowledge:Foundational knowledge of accounting principles and key business processes (e.g. Procure-to-Pay Order-to-Cash Financial Management Manufacturing). Prior Netsuite experience is a MUST.
Technical Aptitude: Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new software systems and technologies.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical information to non-technical users.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
Self-Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
