Think Tell Junction We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Event Specialist to join our this role you will be responsible for planning coordinating and executing a variety of events ranging from corporate conferences to social gatherings and promotional activities. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate all aspects of various events from start to finish including logistics venue selection and vendor management.
• Develop and manage event budgets ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial constraints.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their objectives and tailor event plans to meet specific needs and goals.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with venues suppliers and service providers to secure optimal terms.
• Oversee event setup execution and teardown processes to maintain quality and timely delivery.
• Manage event marketing and promotional activities to maximize attendance and engagement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Event Management Marketing Communications or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience as an Event Specialist or similar role with a track record of successful event execution.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to effectively liaise with clients and vendors.
• Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
