Education Qualification: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 12 years of relevant experience.
CGI is seeking an experienced and operationally focused Manager Consulting Delivery to join our APAC Global Technology Operations (GTO) this role you will be responsible for the high-quality delivery of managed IT services cloud infrastructure operations and technical transformation projects for our global clients.
Experience: 12 years in IT with 5 years in a leadership role within IT Infrastructure Operations or Managed Services.
Framework Expertise: Deep knowledge of ITIL v3/v4 (Certification preferred). Experience with ITSM tools (e.g. ServiceNow Remedy).
Technical Domain: Strong understanding of hybrid cloud environments (AWS Azure or GCP) data center operations and network security. Familiarity with DevOps/SRE principles in an operational context is a plus.
Operational Acumen: Proven track record in managing critical production environments and leading major incident response teams.
Financial Acumen: Experience managing project/operational budgets contract financials and resource allocation in a global delivery model.
Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical issues into business-impact language for executive stakeholders.
Continually monitors projects progress troubleshooting issues and identifying and implementing realistic and cost-effective solutions
Well versed with building large Transitions program plans and execute in line with commitment
Ensuring effective quality assurance and overall integrity of the project so that projects are delivered into service with risks appropriately managed
Well versed in IT Presales sales and transition Processes involving Solution/Proposal Preparation Due diligence Transition planning & execution transition Closure and stage wise effective communication plan to update and seek attentions of stakeholders/action owners.

Service Delivery Management: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of managed infrastructure and cloud services ensuring 24/7 operational stability and performance.
ITSM Process Ownership: Drive and mature ITIL-based processes including Incident Problem Change and Configuration Management (CMDB) ensuring minimal business disruption.
SLA & Performance Governance: Monitor report and manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Proactively identify trends and implement Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to prevent recurring issues.
Continuous Service Improvement (CSI): Identify opportunities for operational automation (e.g. Infrastructure as Code SRE practices) to drive efficiency and reduce manual effort.
Financial & Resource Management: Manage the P&L for your delivery unit including gross margin budget forecasting resource utilization and cost-to-serve optimization.
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary escalation point for clients regarding operational delivery. Lead Service Review meetings and provide transparent reporting on service health and risk posture.
Team Leadership: Lead a multi-disciplinary team of infrastructure engineers (Cloud Network Database Security). Responsible for hiring performance management and technical upskilling.
