Job Summary

For over 80 years our well-established mission-driven client has supported the Seattle-area community by providing subsidized rental housing and rental assistance for low-income elderly and disabled residents. Theyre currently in need of a Technical Project Manager to support initiatives across IT infrastructure cybersecurity and operational improvements. Were looking for a proven TPM with experience in smaller fast-paced environments who can easily manage several projects simultaneously from strategy through implementation.

This is a hybrid remote opportunity: onsite 2 days a week (greater Downtown Seattle area).

An ideal candidate will have the following:

8 years of project management experience
Experience managing both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience utilizing Microsoft Project Microsoft Planner Azure DevOps and SharePoint
Ability to lead standups and keep teams accountable
History of success delivering complex projects on time and budget
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
Excellent communication skills

Contract through end of year (with full benefits and potential to extend).
