Job Summary
Russell Tree Experts is currently hiring for our Forestry Ground Worker position. This position is excellent for an individual with a passion for the outdoors work-related travel and large scale project involvement.
A day in this position will have an employee traveling regularly to projects inside and outside of Ohio maintaining worksite safety through spotting flagging and setting up a work zone participating in daily job briefings as well as manual felling brush cleanup and other ground duties as assigned.
Candidates for this position should be enthusiastic and able to take direction and function as a member of a team.
Candidates should possess:
- 1-3 years of forestry/felling experience (required)
- Drivers License and clean driving record required - CDL privileges preferred
- Attention to detail
- Genuine interest in forestry
- Excellent communication skills
- Safety First Focus
- Enjoy working as a team in varying weather conditions
- Willingness to travel (required)
- Able to begin working within 2-3 weeks of offer
