Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel
Manage front desk housekeeping and guest services staff
Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
Handle reservations check-ins/check-outs and guest concerns
Coordinate staffing schedules and daily operations
Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
Maintain cleanliness safety and operational standards
Assist with budgeting reporting and operational planning
Ensure compliance with company policies and hospitality standards
What Were Looking For
Previous hotel or hospitality management experience required
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Ability to multitask and problem solve in a fast-paced environment
Reliable professional and self-motivated
Comfortable living and working in a small-town environment
