Job Descriptions
Lead Chemistry academics for Foundation (Grades 610) and JEE/NEET curriculum. Focus on curriculum design content development student performance and managing a team of faculty/SME.
Key Responsibilities:

Design and standardize Chemistry curriculum (CBSE JEE/NEET foundation)
Plan academic schedules and ensure syllabus completion
Develop study materials worksheets question banks and revision notes
Ensure content quality accuracy and proper difficulty progression
Design and review assessments (school competitive level)
Analyze student performance and recommend improvements
Manage a team of 810 Chemistry faculty
Allocate work and ensure timely high-quality deliverables

Candidate Profile:

5 years teaching experience (JEE/NEET Chemistry)
Strong command over Physical Organic and Inorganic Chemistry
Experience in curriculum planning and content creation
Prior team handling experience preferred
