Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
1. Teaching & Classroom Delivery
- Teach topics like:
- Arithmetic (Percentages Profit & Loss Time-Speed-Distance)
- Algebra Number System Geometry
- Data Interpretation (charts graphs)
- Logical reasoning (for CAT/IPMAT/CLAT basics)
- Handle both online offline classes
- Teach students from basic to advanced level
2. Content Development
- Create:
- Practice questions
- Mock tests
- Sectional tests
- Study material & shortcuts
- Align difficulty levels with:
- CAT (high level)
- GMAT/GRE (conceptual application)
- IPMAT/CLAT (moderate)
3. Student Mentorship
- Analyze mock test performance
- Provide personalized improvement strategies
- Solve doubts (individual group sessions)
4. Exam Strategy Training
- Teach:
- Time management
- Question selection
- Shortcut techniques
- Conduct mock analysis sessions
5. Performance Tracking
- Monitor student progress
- Maintain reports and feedback
- Improve course outcomes
