We are looking for a passionate and creative individual to join our team at the NORQAIN HQ in Nidau (Biel/Bienne) as:

Social Media Coordinator 100%

Full-time Starting immediately

Tasks

Your mission:

Develop and manage monthly social media plans and campaigns
Create and publish engaging and diverse content across our social media channels
Develop and implement a community management strategy to drive engagement and grow our online community
Respond to social media messages inquiries and comments
Support social media copywriting and content creation
Monitor analyse and report on social media performance across various platforms
Stay up to date with social media trends and best practices
Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Sales teams
Attend partner events and create live social media coverage

Requirements

Your skills:

Completed apprenticeship higher technical school or university degree in digital marketing or a related field
Initial professional experience in social media digital marketing or a similar environment
Excellent knowledge of social media platforms such as Instagram Facebook YouTube LinkedIn and TikTok
Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite especially Photoshop InDesign Premiere Pro After Effects or similar tools
Highly motivated flexible organised creative and proactive personality
Native speaker of German English or French with very good knowledge of one additional language
Strong identification with the NORQAINER spirit: adventure outdoor sports independence and a dynamic lifestyle

You are passionate about the watch industry and social media enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and love bringing fresh ideas to life. You are an open-minded communicative team player who actively connects with others and thrives in a collaborative atmosphere.
