Job Overview:
- Looking for a senior-level Project Manager to support the Public Safety & Emergency Management (PSEM) division.
- This role will lead complex cross-functional technical projects with a focus on enterprise monitoring systems and operational coordination across engineering business and IT teams.
Responsibilities:

Lead project planning execution risk management and stakeholder communication
-
Manage enterprise monitoring system design and implementation
-
Coordinate technical teams vendors and stakeholders
-
Oversee project documentation reporting and governance processes
-
Ensure adherence to PMO methodologies and standards
-
Support system validation performance and operational readiness
-
Manage project closeout and knowledge transfer
Mandatory Requirements:
-
Bachelors degree from an accredited institution
-
Minimum 8 years of experience in Public Safety / Emergency Services and Event Management
-
10 years managing medium to large-scale IT projects
-
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure enterprise monitoring tools and operations (Service Desk Datacenter etc.)
-
Experience with routing protocols and data delivery techniques
-
Proficiency with MS Project Visio Word and PowerPoint
-
Strong technical leadership in enterprise environments
-
PMP Certification
-
Experience managing third-party vendors
-
Background in large-scale emergency services environments
