Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Solution Design & Delivery
o Translate business requirements into BPM solutions using Metastorm
Designer (processes forms scripts rules roles lifecycles).
o Build scalable workflows user interfaces dashboards and reports; ensure
security auditing and compliance are implemented.
o Optimize performance (queue management asynchronous tasks
caching DB indexing).

Integration & Data
o Implement integrations via web services (SOAP/REST) .NET
components and Metastorm Integration Manager.
o Design and tune SQL Server schemas stored procedures and queries for
BPM data and audit trails.
o Manage document and data exchanges with upstream/downstream
systems (ERP/CRM/DMS).
Platform & Architecture
o Install configure and maintain Metastorm environments (Dev/Test/Prod)
including application servers DBs and metadata repositories.
o Govern environments releases and versioning; contribute to architecture
standards and reusable frameworks.

Migration & Modernization
o Lead upgrades/migrations (e.g. Metastorm 7/9 OpenText
MBPM/Process Suite) and refactors; assess technical debt and
modernization paths.
o Map legacy workflows to BPMN 2.0 models; assist in transitions to newer
OpenText platforms or alternative BPM/lowcode solutions when
applicable.

Quality & Delivery
o Establish coding standards peer reviews unit/integration tests and
CI/CD pipelines (e.g. Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions).
o Develop deployment scripts release notes rollback plans; support UAT
and production cutovers.
Stakeholder Engagement
o Collaborate with business analysts SMEs and QA; facilitate workshops
for process discovery and optimization.
o Provide L3/L4 support rootcause analysis and continuous improvement
recommendations.
Mentoring & Governance
o Mentor junior developers; conduct knowledge sharing.
o Contribute to BPM governance (process catalog SLA definitions KPIs
compliance controls).

Required Qualifications
Experience: 7 10 years in enterprise application development with 4 6
years handson Metastorm BPM/MBPM.
Tools/Tech:
o Metastorm Designer/Administrator Metastorm Integration Manager
eWork/MBPM.
o (C# or ) for custom components/plugins;
JavaScript/HTML/CSS for forms/UI.
o Microsoft SQL Server (TSQL performance tuning indexing).
o Web services (SOAP/REST) XML/JSON IIS configuration.
o Experience with Telerik and Aspose components
Methodologies: BPMN SDLC Agile/Scrum testdriven practices CI/CD
DevOps.
Soft Skills: Strong analytical/problemsolving stakeholder communication
documentation and mentoring.
Preferred/GoodtoHave

Experience with OpenText Process Suite/AppWorks OpenText ProVision for
process modeling.
Exposure to other BPM/Lowcode platforms (e.g. Appian Pega K2/Nintex
Power Platform).
Knowledge of SAML/OAuth/ADbased authentication and rolebased access
control.
Performance/load testing tools; monitoring/observability (App Insights Splunk
ELK).
Experience in EPC industry will be added advantage.
Cloud experience (Azure/AWS) and containerization concepts.
Education
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Systems

Defect density and mean time to resolution (MTTR) in production.
