Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
Database Development & Reporting:
o Develop and maintain SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) reports creating
complex and highly dynamic reporting solutions for internal and external clients.
o Design build and optimize SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) packages to
extract transform and load (ETL) data from multiple sources into reporting
systems.
o Collaborate with business analysts and other stakeholders to define reporting
requirements and deliver solutions that meet financial operational and client-
facing needs.
o Ensure data accuracy integrity and consistency in all reporting and database
operations.

o Map data objects into forms for building and maintaining questionnaires ensuring
alignment with business rules and processes.
o Create and maintain scripts for data transformation and integration
leveraging SQL XML and JSON formats.
o Analyze data sources and work with other teams to implement effective ETL
processes and integrations.

Long-Term Care Rate Increases & Offer Letters:
o Support the development and maintenance of rate increase offer letters ensuring
they are built accurately and are delivered on time to our clients.

o Work closely with stakeholders to ensure the rate increase process is smooth and
efficiently executed including generating reports related to rate increase offers
and acceptance.

Documentation & Process Improvement:
o Document database structures processes and reporting requirements.
o Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization recommending
and implementing solutions as necessary.
o Troubleshoot and resolve data issues in a timely manner.

Key Qualifications:
Experience:
o 5 years of experience in database development and reporting using SQL Server
including strong hands-on experience with SSRS and SSIS.
o Solid experience with financial operational and client reporting;
understanding of business metrics and reporting best practices.
o Familiarity with data mapping for forms questionnaires and assessments.
o Strong understanding of relational databases and database design principles.
Technical Skills:
o SQL: Proficient in writing complex SQL queries stored procedures and
functions for data extraction and reporting.
o SSRS: Strong experience in creating and maintaining SSRS reports including
parameterized subscription and dynamic reports.
o SSIS: Hands-on experience with SSIS packages for ETL including data
extraction transformation and loading.
o XML & JSON: Strong understanding of working with XML and JSON data files
including parsing transformation and integration into databases.
