Job Summary
Position: Weighbridge Operator Location/Quantity: 1. Ludhiana Punjab- 01 Customer: TATA Steel Ltd Employment type: Contractual (through Randstad) Salary: CTC Rs 25500/Month (Candidates must arrange their own lodging and food) Experience: > 1 Year Education Qualification: Graduate (B. Com/BBA/ Any Stream) Industry: Manufacturing Companies/Logistics/Warehousing/ Construction sites/ Ports Key Responsibility: 1. Knowledge of weighbridge management. 2. Operate the weighbridge system to measure incoming and outgoing vehicle weights accurately. 3. Maintain logs of vehicle details weight readings time of entry/exit and goods carried. 4. Prepare weighment slips invoices and delivery challans. 5. Use computerized weighbridge software and sometimes manual registers. 6. Check load details against documents to avoid discrepancies or fraud. 7. Communicate with drivers supervisors and warehouse staff. 8. Ensure adherence to company policies and legal weight limits. Skills Required: 1. Knowledge of Weighbridge Software 2. Good typing speed and accuracy 3. Knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP Pivot Tables Formatting Cells and Basic Formulas for data analysis) 4. Knowledge of MS Word 5. Knowledge of PPT (Power Point Presentation) 6. Good communication skills
