Job Summary
To lead the enterprise journey in adopting AI-driven innovation by championing AI
use across the organization aligning AI capabilities with strategic business goals
and delivering insight-driven products that transform how we operate and make
decisions.
Key Responsibilities :
1. AI Evangelism & Organizational Enablement :
- Act as the internal AI ambassador promoting responsible AI usage and value.
- Partner with HR and Learning teams to develop AI literacy programs and adoption
playbooks.
- Coordinate AI showcases demos and community-of-practice forums.
2. AI Strategy & Technology Influence :
- Shape and maintain the enterprise AI strategy in partnership with Architecture
Security and Data Governance.

- Own the product roadmap for AI-powered tools (e.g. insights engine intelligent
reports copilot interfaces).
- Define business and technical requirements for AI/ML and GenAI initiatives.
- Measure ROI and continuously refine product-market fit through experimentation
and KPIs.
4. Innovation Ecosystem & Vendor Management :
