Job Summary

What awaits you/ Job Profile	You will be responsible for the Analyzing the defects and identifying the root cause in Interior lighting components. The person takes a reported defect reproduces it in the vehicle or test setup and identifies whether the root cause is wrong configuration data parameters or mappings. They correct the configuration deliver the fix to the software/configuration pipeline and validate that the issue is resolved. Overall it acts as the link between lighting design electrical/electronic architecture and the in-vehicle user experience.
What should you bring along	Strong expertise in Data analysis & JIRA. Experience in virtual vehicle development and understanding of mechanical relationships Excellent communication skills to coordinate independently with interface partners Ability to manage and maintain data and documentation in accordance with BMW standards Must have technical skills. Good knowledge of the PRISMA database for publication and data management Experience with collision checks and integration of special characteristics tolerances and component identification in drawings. Experience participating in integration meetings and interface coordination Must have technical skills Good knowledge of the PRISMA database for publication and data management Understanding of Interior Components. Experience participating in integration meetings and interface coordination.
Must have technical skill	Confident handling of JIRA / Octane to analyze defect descriptions track fixes document changes and close tickets. Ability to do detail analysis of Defects and root cause analysis and reconfiguring the corrected data back in product. Ability to read basic logs or traces to confirm that triggers states or messages behave as expected after a fix. Review of 3D CAD-Data Good Analytical Skills Creation of technical specifications Good knowledge of the PRISMA database for publication and data management.
Good to have Technical skills	Lighting Knowledge Homogeneity understanding of Lights with respect to Interior Plastic parts. communication skills for coordination with interface partners.
