: - Manage and execute enrollment and billing processes for healthcare products ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and improve efficiency in enrollment and billing activities. - Analyze and resolve discrepancies in enrollment data providing timely solutions to maintain data integrity. - Develop and implement process improvements to enhance the overall efficiency of enrollment and billing operations. - Provide support and guidance to clients and stakeholders regarding enrollment and billing inquiries and issues. - Utilize technical expertise in healthcare products to optimize enrollment and billing processes. - Ensure compliance with commercial insurance regulations and standards in all enrollment activities. - Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to enrollment and billing identifying areas for improvement. - Coordinate with IT teams to implement system enhancements and resolve technical issues impacting enrollment and billing. - Conduct training sessions for team members to enhance their understanding of enrollment and billing processes. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and changes in healthcare and insurance regulations. - Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure efficient and compliant enrollment and billing operations. - Support the companys mission by ensuring that enrollment and billing processes contribute to improved healthcare access and affordability. -Qualifications - Possess a strong understanding of healthcare products and their enrollment processes. - Demonstrate expertise in commercial insurance enrollment and billing practices. - Exhibit proficiency in English for effective communication and collaboration. - Show experience in process improvement and data analysis within the healthcare domain. - Have a background in working with cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals. - Display knowledge of compliance standards in healthcare and insurance industries. - Be adept at using technical skills to enhance operational efficiency
