Job Summary
As a Custom Software Engineer a typical day involves designing building and configuring applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. This role requires a deep understanding of the project needs and continuous collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure the solutions align with organizational goals. The position demands creativity and problem-solving to adapt applications dynamically ensuring they support evolving business strategies and operational workflows effectively.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead the development and implementation of custom software solutions that align with business objectives.- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure clarity and alignment on project goals.
Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing within the team.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
Strong knowledge of component-based architecture and modern web standards.
Experience with JavaScript frameworks and client-side development.
Ability to integrate Salesforce components with external systems and APIs.
Familiarity with debugging testing and performance optimization techniques
Understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations.
Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.- This position is based at our Chennai offic
