Job Summary

Works Manager / Plant Head Nath Paper

Location: Paithan / CSN

Reporting To: Chief Executive Officer.

Role Overview: Lead plant operations ensuring high productivity cost efficiency quality standards regular maintenance & repairs product development process improvement energy management and regulatory compliances.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management-

Oversee production planning and execution
Optimize plant efficiency and minimize downtime

Quality & Compliance-

Ensure adherence to quality safety and environmental standards

Cost & Resource Optimization-

Monitor production costs and improve operational efficiency
Manage manpower maintenance and utilities

Candidate Profile-

BE/ (Mechanical/Chemical/Paper Technology)
15 20 years as General Manager-Production/Works Manager preferably from a mill based on recycled fibre with a capacity of minimum 200 TPD.

Compensation

CTC : 30 lakhs Variable ( Performance linked bonus)
