Job Overview:
We are hiring a Junior Manager – Controlling & FP&A to join our Delhi-based Global Finance team supporting our European operations headquartered in Germany. The role combines core controlling activities with Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) focusing on management reporting budgeting forecasting and analytical insight delivery to the German leadership team. This is a strong opportunity for a Chartered Accountant with 2–3 years of experience to build a controlling and FP&A career path within a structured international finance environment.
Key Responsibilities:
•
Drive FP&A activities including variance analyses (actuals vs. budget vs. forecast) trend analysis and management commentary on key business drivers in partnership with EU business stakeholders.
•
Support the annual budgeting quarterly forecasting and rolling outlook cycles including data consolidation template management and review of submissions from EU business units.
•
Build and maintain financial models for revenue cost margin and headcount planning to support FP&A decision-making by German management.
•
Maintain and enhance cost center profit center and product-line reporting in coordination with the accounting team and German controllers.
•
Support the design and automation of management reports dashboards and FP&A tools to improve reporting efficiency and analytical depth.
•
Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses on profitability cost trends capex and operational performance to support strategic and operational decisions.
•
Ensure consistency between statutory financials and management reporting and collaborate closely with German controllers FP&A leads business heads and accounting colleagues to ensure data integrity and timely delivery of insights. Requirements
•
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2–3 years of relevant experience in controlling FP&A or management reporting.
•
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate financial data into business insight including planning forecasting and variance analysis.
•
Advanced MS Excel skills including complex modelling data analytics and structured FP&A reporting.
•
Solid understanding of IFRS management accounting and FP&A concepts.
•
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with confidence to engage international counterparts.
•
Experience in a multinational GCC or shared services setup supporting European or German operations in a controlling or FP&A capacity.
•
Hands-on exposure to SAP CO (Controlling) module and BI / FP&A tools such as Power BI
